The Decoy Museum seeks volunteers to:

• lead tours
• present programs for schoolchildren
• greet visitors at the information desk
• assist customers in the gift shop
• perform curatorial duties
• perform general office duties
• provide carving demonstrations
• help at special events

Training is provided, and schedules are flexible.
Prospective tour guides are required to participate in an in-depth training course.

As a gesture of thanks, the museum offers volunteers who work at least 4 hours per month and present a Decoy Museum Volunteer card receive a 25% discount in the museum shop and recognition at the annual Volunteers and Carvers Appreciation Day.

Donations
The Decoy Museum accepts donations of financial support and objects for our collection. These gifts are tax-deductible, and the museum provides all donors with receipts for their records.
